Milk Makin’ Smoothies!

In my 14 months of breastfeeding, it seems my biggest struggle has been maintaining a supply while I am at work. Alexander was getting plenty of Mama’s Milk when I was with him, but my pumping output sucked (hah!). Besides Fenugreek, More Milk Plus and Goats Rue, I was eating oatmeal and drinking Milk Aid tea daily. I’m a person who craves variety, so you could understand if I was getting a little over the same thing different day milk making routine.

Behold: the Lactation Smoothie! Everyone love’s smoothies, right? Seriously… please say you love smoothies, too.
